Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at our production site in Landshut. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing production processes, defining production workflows, and calculating labor costs for new products and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Develop and implement production workflows and work plans
- Calculate labor costs for new products and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff
- Design and implement ergonomic workstations
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry
- Desirable: additional qualifications such as Refa, TPM, and Lean
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
