Join our team as a Production Equipment Operator
Department: Manufacturing
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Independently operating and fine-tuning machinery within our production line
- Preparing and managing production materials, specifically paints
- Supporting the machine operator while closely monitoring production workflows
- Ensuring safety, organization, and cleanliness at your designated work area
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or apprenticeship, ideally as a Painter/Lacquerer or in Machine and Plant Operation
- Proven experience in production and painting processes
- Proficient in IT and open to working in a shift-based schedule (3 shifts)
- Excellent vision without color blindness or visual impairments
