As part of our team, you will be involved in workshops, interviews, and events, collaborating with diverse industry partners. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager/Content Manager (d/f/m).

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the media-relations point of contact.
  • Promote and maintain the Creative City Berlin brand.
  • Strategic sales planning and validation of engaging content for public relations.
  • Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance; evaluate against management.
  • Community and network building on various platforms.
  • Business development and management of online communities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing for agencies or companies.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for complex topics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to multitask, be rigorous, and enjoy challenges.
  • Editorial knowledge of WordPress.
  • Creative with a visual eye; enthusiastic about trends in content marketing.
  • Experience with newsletter systems and creating email templates.
  • Outcome-driven and highly self-motivated.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English or German.

Summary: Your primary duties will include building, promoting, and maintaining the Creative City Berlin brand, managing media relations, and fostering community engagement.
