Your Key Responsibilities:
  • SOFTWARE PACKAGING: Transition to baramundi and oversee the deployment of software updates for our products.
  • AUTOMATION MANAGEMENT: Install and configure both standard and specialized software utilizing various (native) technologies.
  • ERROR RESOLUTION: Identify and rectify automation issues while meticulously documenting all activities.
  • CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Assist our clients with any challenges related to automation.
  • FEEDBACK INTEGRATION: Take suggestions from our customer portal seriously and leverage them to enhance our software products.

  • Successfully completed vocational training in a technical field.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting and/or programming.
  • Ideally, some experience in software automation.
