About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist (w/m/d) to join our team in the Berlin/Brandenburg region. As a key member of our Inbetriebsetzungsteam, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning building automation systems in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers and develop customized solutions by defining influencing factors and data structures, and creating software architecture, control systems, and modules based on these.
  • Program customer-specific software using Siemens-standard modules, software tools, and programming libraries, and then install and commission them on-site at the customer's premises.
  • Test the installed hardware and software under real-world conditions, hand over the system to the customer for acceptance, and perform adjustments and installations as needed.
  • Complete the project by creating documentation and measurement records of your activities for the project management team.
  • Provide service and on-call support to our existing customers as part of our comprehensive customer care.
Requirements
  • You have a completed vocational training or degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology.
  • You have relevant experience in the installation, commissioning, or service of building automation systems or technical building equipment. Ideally, you also have knowledge of information technology and telecommunications.
  • You are fluent in German and ideally also have good English skills. In the past, you have worked independently and would like to continue doing so in the future.
  • You have a valid driver's license for a car and are willing to travel to our regional customers in Berlin/Brandenburg.
  • Ideal candidates will have relevant expertise in HLK (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and single-room regulation, particularly in terms of control strategies and recognized rules of technology.
  • Knowledge of specific products such as S7 or Desigo PX, Desigo Room Automation, Desigo CC is an advantage.
