Als Customer Support Engineer bist du die erste Kontaktperson für unsere technischen Kundenanfragen und stellst eine hervorragende Kundenerfahrung sicher. Du stehst in direktem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du vereinbarst Kundentermine und stellst ein zuverlässiges Erwartungsmanagement sicher.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Klärung von technischen Support-Anfragen und unterstützt Kunden dabei Probleme selbst zu lösen (Self-Service).
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Entwicklungsabteilung und unseren Kunden.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Customer Success Team evaluierst du das Feedback unserer Kunden und leitest entsprechenden Handlungen daraus ab.

Stellenanforderungen

# Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung gesammelt, idealerweise in einem technischen, dynamischen Umfeld (bspw. SaaS).
  • Technische Begeisterung: Du verstehst digitale Produkte aus der Sicht des Nutzers und interessiert dich für Netzwerke, PCs und technischen Schnittstellen.
  • Kundenorientierung: Unsere Kunden stehen für dich im Mittelpunkt und du bietest ihnen einen exzellente Customer Journey.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst mit unseren Kunden sowie internen Stakeholdern klar und lösungsorientiert kommunizieren.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
