Senior Manager of Venture Development

We are seeking a Senior Venture Development Manager to join our innovative team at AUTO1 Group. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in transforming the landscape of the used car industry for individual consumers in Germany. Your primary responsibilities will include spearheading the establishment and growth of our new Production Centers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and lead a dedicated team focused on operational excellence.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of potential locations, evaluating costs and benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with various stakeholders.
- Oversee and streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and solution-driven mindset, with a strong background in either business or engineering disciplines. You should be comfortable navigating complex challenges and driving initiatives forward.
Qualifications- Degree in a relevant business or technical field.
- Demonstrated experience in startups, consulting, rapidly growing companies, or the automotive industry.
- Willingness to travel for the purpose of setting up locations.
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
- Fluency in both German and English is essential.
