Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Flink, you will be responsible for driving the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we attract and secure top-tier talent for our essential business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage and oversee the entire recruitment process, focusing on critical business areas. Utilize data insights and candidate feedback to guide hiring managers in selecting the most suitable candidates for Flink.
  • Talent Sourcing: Employ your sourcing expertise to engage and attract exceptional talent, while fostering long-lasting relationships with talent communities and networks within the industry.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Analyze data and performance metrics to enhance our recruitment strategies and processes, ensuring they are effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong partnerships with key stakeholders, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on all recruitment-related matters.
  • Candidate Experience: Dedicate yourself to delivering an outstanding candidate experience, continually seeking ways to enhance how prospective Flink employees navigate our recruitment journey.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or as an embedded recruiter.
  • Demonstrated success in attracting and hiring talent across various departments while ensuring a superior candidate experience.
  • Experience in recruiting for diverse business units, including operations, finance, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data to positively impact and refine the recruitment process.
  • Proficient in utilizing recruiting platforms and tools; experience with SmartRecruiters is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) is a plus.
