Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled RAN Site Deployment Engineer to join our team for an Open RAN project in Düsseldorf, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and management of RAN site installations, focusing on Open RAN technology.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with infrastructure providers, solution partners, and internal teams to manage site installations and configurations.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the deployment phase, addressing any installation challenges or issues.
- Prepare and manage material orders, including Material Request Notes (MRN) and Return Material Requests (RMR).
- Maintain an up-to-date RAN deployment database, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with Solution partners, Active Installation Partners (AIPs) to perform all Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) for each site.
- Manage the issue and lessons learned tracker, identifying areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of 4G and 5G technology.
- Strong understanding of RAN technologies and site installation processes.
- Proficiency in database management and material ordering systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills related to site deployment related issues.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience on Excel, Power point, MS word is must.
- Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in telecommunication projects & Rollout.
- Proven experience in coordinating RAN site installations and deployments.
