Role Overview:
- Engagement in the design and advancement of power electronic systems tailored for medical applications (up to 2kW)
- Execution of design, simulation, laboratory evaluations, and compliance testing of high-voltage electrical systems
- Assessment and selection of power electronic components for optimal performance
- Oversight of development initiatives from initial product specifications to final market introduction
- Creation of comprehensive technical documentation and preparation for product certification
- Readiness to conduct X-ray specific assessments as required
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in power electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in the specification, design, and development of power electronic systems is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant simulation software such as PLECS, Pspice, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with the development of medical devices and understanding of regulatory standards (IEC) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, while also thriving in a collaborative environment
