Technischer Direktor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to join our team at Van der Valk Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our hotel, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technical strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Lead and manage a team of technical staff, including housekeepers and gardeners
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve technical objectives
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers

Requirements:

• Excellent German language skills, English is an asset
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
