• Collaborate on the design and development of gloves for both winter and summer sports.
• Provide essential technical assistance to product management through comprehensive market analysis.
• Convert design sketches into production documentation while ensuring both technical viability and cost efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between product management, design teams, and global manufacturing sites.
• Enhance and refine textile products by integrating contemporary trends and advanced technologies.
• Implement and optimize various processing methods to ensure high-quality textile outputs.
• Oversee fit, finish, and overall product quality.
• Manage production approvals, quality assessments, and delivery logistics.
• Maintain and regularly update product information in the Product Information Management system.
• Assist the service department in addressing customer inquiries.
• Lead specialized initiatives to assess new technologies and materials.

• Possess expertise in textile science and processing methodologies.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with a keen eye for detail.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts.
• Hold a degree or certification in Clothing Technology or a related discipline.
• Be open to occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in both German and English.
