We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our team at HEIL-Kfzteile in Hamburg. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage Incoming and Outgoing Goods**: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery.
- **Supervise Warehouse Staff**: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
- **Coordinate Delivery Drivers**: Arrange and manage the scheduling of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
- **Maintain Inventory and Quality**: Conduct regular inventory checks, identify and resolve discrepancies, and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
- **Complete Special Tasks**: Perform various tasks as required, including processing returns, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to process improvements.
- **Ensure Warehouse Cleanliness and Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
**Requirements**
- **Completed Training in Warehouse Logistics or Equivalent**: Possess a relevant qualification or equivalent experience in warehouse logistics or a related field.
- **Several Years of Experience in Warehouse Operations**: Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- **Previous Leadership Experience**: Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- **Forklift Experience/License**: Possess a valid forklift license and experience operating a forklift.
- **Customer-Oriented with Good Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- **Class B Driver's License**: Possess a valid Class B driver's license.
- **Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and ADR**: Familiarity with hazardous materials and ADR regulations.
