Job Title: Financial Administrator / Accountant (m/f/d)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator / Accountant to join our team at DB Schenker. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the daily monitoring and management of national and international accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Monitor and manage national and international accounts to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Reconciliation and Verification: Perform internal and intercompany reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Credit and Invoice Verification: Verify and book credits and invoices to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Shipping Document Processing: Process shipping documents to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Education: Completed commercial education with a focus on accounting and finance.
  • Technical Skills: Strong MS Office 365 skills and proficiency in accounting software.
  • Language Skills: Strong English language skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Soft Skills: High organizational talent, resilience, and flexibility with a confident and friendly demeanor.
