Job Summary

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform in Europe, empowering everyone to become an investor. We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Operations Manager - Wealth to join our Wealth Management Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor daily payment, trading, and client data processes to ensure flawless financial services for our Wealth Management clients.
  • Manage time-sensitive tasks to maintain full control of risk mitigation.
  • Communicate with external partners, such as custodian banks, to ensure alignment of stakeholders' expectations.
  • Support the development of scalable processes and improvements, collaborating with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business.
  • Provide analyses and gather information to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a bank, brokerage, or asset management, or an equivalent financial service institution.
  • Knowledge of capital market products and banking processes.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
