Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Starrag, a leading manufacturer of precision tooling machines. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspection of parts in the quality assurance department
• Perform acceptance testing of parts from suppliers
• Investigate and resolve quality issues in the assembly and testing of our machines
• Measure and verify the positional accuracy and straightness of machine axes for our global customers
• Document quality inspection results and support the creation of reports for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in quality assurance or metrology, preferably in the field of machine building
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Experience with CNC control systems (Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain) is an asset
• Global travel and good English language skills are required
