Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at HORNBACH. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our range of metal and electrical goods, tools, and equipment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly about new products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
