Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Bewerber in allen Belangen der Talentakquise und Stellenbesetzung.
- Du begleitest Kandidaten durch den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess bis zur finalen Entscheidung über eine Zusammenarbeit.
- Du nutzt verschiedene Rekrutierungskanäle zur Besetzung offener Positionen und verwaltest die eingehenden Bewerbungen, während du als vertrauensvoller Berater für unsere Kandidaten fungierst.
- Du förderst die Digitalisierung im Rekrutierungsprozess und bringst dich aktiv in HR-Projekte ein.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team entwickelst du Personalmarketingkampagnen mit ansprechendem Inhalt und repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Karrieremessen.
Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und bringst Erfahrung im Recruiting sowie Active Sourcing mit.
- Du interessierst dich für innovative Themen im Bereich Recruiting, Talentmanagement, Employer Branding und Personalmarketing.
- Du trittst sicher und durchsetzungsstark auf und kannst Führungskräfte von deinen Ideen überzeugen.
- Du bist kontaktfreudig, lösungsorientiert und servicebewusst.
- Du beherrschst MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sicher.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
