Senior Associate Consultant

As a Senior Associate Consultant at ITL Germany, you will play a key role in the commercial management of our PMO role in Germany. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial management: Manage all German communication with vendors and subcontractors, including contracts, purchase orders, catalogue services, offer preparation, quality control, and submission. This will involve handling approximately 30 purchase orders and invoices per month for 8 vendors.
- Implement commercial change requests: Work with clients and subcontractors to implement commercial change requests in contracts.
- Client billing process management: Manage the client billing process, creating supporting documents such as invoice detail statements, acquiring client approvals, and serving as a single point of contact for communication with the client.
- Offer preparation: Write and submit offers for catalogue services in German language, approximately 10 per month.
- Special tasks: Support special tasks that require presence in Munich or German language.
- Onboarding and offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes of employees to the program.
- Meeting minutes and action items: Record minutes of board meetings with clients and track action items of Infosys and clients.
- SLA tracking: Support in SLA tracking at program level.
Maintain communication channels and file sharing at program level.
Requirements:- Commercial management experience: Proven experience in commercial management of customers and partners.
- Contract law understanding: Basic understanding of contract law.
- German language skills: Ability to speak and write German as all contracts and most offers are in German language.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills to facilitate direct communication with clients.
- Travel: Ability to attend meetings in Munich at client office.
- Organization skills: Good organization skills.
