Your Responsibilities
As a Lead Consultant, you will spearhead engagement initiatives, guiding projects from business process analysis and problem identification to solution development and implementation.

You will play a crucial role in defining challenges and uncovering comprehensive solutions, directing teams on project methodologies and expected outcomes.

As a thought leader in your field, you will serve as a primary advisor during architecture and design evaluations. You will lead business development efforts, facilitate client training, and enhance internal capabilities.

This position offers you the chance to craft impactful consulting solutions that assist our clients in adapting to the evolving global landscape.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in German at C1/C2 level (minimum) and fluency in English.
- Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models.
- Understanding of quality and process frameworks such as CMMi and ITIL.
- Knowledge of maintenance and support models, SLA frameworks, and transition processes.
- Experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to oversee services from multiple IT delivery units.
- Expertise in Supplier Management to ensure compliance with service contracts.
- Skills in Demand Management to balance service supply and demand effectively.
- Proficiency in service catalog management to maintain a comprehensive service catalog.
- Experience in service level management to enhance IT service delivery quality.
- Knowledge of capacity management to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
- Experience in Availability Management to optimize IT service performance.
- Understanding of IT Service Continuity Management to support business continuity processes.
- Familiarity with Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Experience in Incident Management, Event Management, Problem Management, and Request Management.
- Familiarity with Continuous Service Improvement processes.
- Experience with AWS PaaS services and their APIs, including but not limited to S3, MSK, SES, ECR, Cache, SNS, and Cloud Watch.
- Proficient in programming languages used in AWS deployment, such as TypeScript, Java, and C#.
- Strong grasp of Cloud Architecture and design principles for scalability, availability, and performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certification is advantageous.
- PMP Certification is advantageous.
