• Develop and implement individualized care plans for children with special needs
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on child development and care
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor child progress
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our care programs

• Master's degree in a related field (e.g. pediatric therapy, early childhood education)
