We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer / Plant Mechanic / Pipe Fitter to join our team as a Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on our various sites across Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Site Management: In collaboration with our Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing all construction activities on our sites.
- Project Planning and Execution: You will plan and oversee the execution of construction projects on site.
- Documentation and Reporting: You will document all construction activities, including measurements and site reports.
- Client Representation: You will represent our interests in meetings with clients and other contractors.
- Client Relationship Building: You will build long-term relationships with clients, as our projects typically last between 6 to 24 months.
- Qualifications and Experience: You must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience and Skills: You must have several years of experience in construction management and possess relevant knowledge of welding technology.
- Autonomy and Responsibility: You must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your actions.
- Cost Awareness: You must be able to think and act cost-effectively.
