About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer / Plant Mechanic / Pipe Fitter to join our team as a Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on our various sites across Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: In collaboration with our Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing all construction activities on our sites.
  • Project Planning and Execution: You will plan and oversee the execution of construction projects on site.
  • Documentation and Reporting: You will document all construction activities, including measurements and site reports.
  • Client Representation: You will represent our interests in meetings with clients and other contractors.
  • Client Relationship Building: You will build long-term relationships with clients, as our projects typically last between 6 to 24 months.
  • Qualifications and Experience: You must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience and Skills: You must have several years of experience in construction management and possess relevant knowledge of welding technology.
  • Autonomy and Responsibility: You must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your actions.
  • Cost Awareness: You must be able to think and act cost-effectively.
