About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEO Manager to join our team at Statista. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic traffic and growth for our platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy for multiple products and content types
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, web development, editorial, and design
  • Conduct complex analyses and regular SEO-relevant audits
  • Monitor and optimize SEO KPIs
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in SEO, ideally both in-house and agency-side
  • Proven track record of optimizing large websites using a data-driven, customer-focused approach
  • Technical SEO expertise, especially within an agile team environment
  • Content SEO expertise, particularly on enterprise websites with +1m pages
  • Excellent stakeholder management and overall communication skills
  • Ability to train and pass on knowledge to more junior team members
  • Excellent German and English language skills
