We are a leading provider of simulation and training technology for pilots and flight personnel. Our company develops, produces, and maintains state-of-the-art training equipment for flight and land simulation, as well as interconnected simulation applications. Our team of over 600 employees works in international teams, facing exciting challenges every day.
We are currently seeking a full-time CAO (Combined Airworthiness Organization) – Aircraft Inspector for our Diamond Fleet in Bremen.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft
- Conduct inspections and testing of aircraft components during installation, maintenance, and repair
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Disassemble and reassemble aircraft components in areas such as flight control, propulsion, hydraulic, and anti-icing systems, as well as aircraft cabin
- Verify and approve maintenance and repair work performed
- Prepare documentation of work performed
- Provide technical guidance to team members on assigned projects
- Hold a completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or equivalent qualification
- Hold a valid EASA Part 66 CAT B1 license with type rating for DA42 TDI and Austro
- Experience in maintaining and repairing civil aircraft, as well as base and line maintenance
- Excellent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility, with a high degree of flexibility
