Business Engagement Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of client satisfaction for business services and ensure consistency.
- Work closely with business units to effectively deliver products and services.
- Oversee and uphold the Quality of Service for applications utilized by our business clients.
- Manage all necessary communications and crisis situations during incidents.
- Provide key performance indicators regarding product stability.
- Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, including business units, IT departments, and external service providers.
You will join a vibrant team operating in a dynamic technical environment, focusing on innovative technologies and digital solutions.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in project management is essential.
- Exhibit qualities such as diligence, energy, organization, independence, responsiveness, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and perseverance.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong service orientation, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, VBA) is preferred.
- Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of French is advantageous.
