About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Falch GmbH. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing timely monthly income statements and balance sheets, as well as annual financial statements in accordance with HGB.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial data from various sources and prepare financial reports
• Support foreign subsidiaries with financial planning and analysis
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure compliance with international tax regulations
• Analyze inventory levels and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the controlling department and head of accounting

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or similar
• Commercial apprenticeship with sound further training as an accountant
• Initial experience in a similar role
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems
• Very good knowledge of English
• Structured and thorough working style
• Quick learner, positive thinking, and ability to work independently
