Housing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Specialist to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services, providing exceptional support to our customers, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process housing applications and determine eligibility for on-post and off-post housing
  • Coordinate with General Officers, Command Sergeants Major, and other key personnel to determine housing requirements
  • Review and prepare certificates of non-availability (CNA) as applicable
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and update the Army database (eMH) as required
Requirements:
  • 2 years of creditable experience in a similar role
  • Language proficiency level B2 in English and C1 in German
  • Office automation skills and proficiency in using computers
  • Valid German driver's license class B
