Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Gameplay Developer to support us in building hit games. As a key member of our team, you will help with existing games and improve their content and KPIs. You will also build full, scalable games with a metagame layer out of the most successful prototypes and handle all required technical implementations like tracking and advertising SDKs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve existing games to increase their content and KPIs
  • Build full, scalable games with a metagame layer out of successful prototypes
  • Implement technical solutions for tracking and advertising
  • Create quick gameplay mechanics when necessary
  • Impact the company culture and processes
  • Collaborate with fellow game, marketing, and business professionals
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in developing successful hyper-casual/casual games with Unity
  • Ability to work with existing code base and add new features
  • Deep passion for mobile games and willingness to tinker with new mechanics
  • Proficiency in using Unity tools to optimize development time
  • Good understanding of color, composition, and "developer art"
  • Ability to work with a team and celebrate successes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Shipped mobile game with Unity3D (over 1m installs)
  • Understanding of liveops concept and experience in a liveops team
