Job Title: AIT Ingenieur (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly skilled AIT Ingenieur to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for technical coordination, ensuring implementation and compliance of OHB's AIT processes, and defining AIT flow, GSE, and facility concepts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical coordination of assigned AIT ETC project teams
  • Ensure implementation and compliance of OHB's AIT processes
  • Define AIT flow, GSE, and facility concepts
  • Standardize and update AIT documentation
  • Ensure GSE suitability and I&T definition across disciplines
  • Control technical coherency and consistency of documents, GSE, and I&T setups
  • Define and maintain I/F to Engineering, Verification, and PA
  • Support test reviews and organize results data review
  • Organize and maintain AIT data storage
  • Define and manage AIT tools usage
  • Support AIT ETC manager with planning activities
  • Training, guidance, and mentoring of employees
  • Information exchange and networking within the team and with other departments/units
  • Knowledge management: knowledge generation, documentation, and transfer

Your Qualifications

  • Aerospace/Electrical Engineer degree with experience in Space Business or related matters
  • Five years of experience in Space Business are considered a necessary background for this role
  • Knowledge of satellite system aspects with technological items, specifically thermal testing
  • Profound knowledge of physics, electrical, and functional principles of a Satellite System
  • Good relationship capabilities, either internal or external
  • Understanding of issues, identify root causes, and define solutions
  • Flexibility in work organization and quality control rules
  • Flexibility to travel
