Are you passionate about driving business growth through innovative strategies? Do you have a keen eye for consumer insights and a knack for creative problem-solving? We're seeking a talented Strategic Planning Intern to join our dynamic team at Avantgarde.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in content and operational management, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business results.
  • Conduct desk research to empower the team with valuable insights, including trend research, CRM analysis, and digital cooperation.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategic approaches to customer-specific inquiries, creating compelling presentations, pitch decks, and analyses in Excel.
  • Support analysis activities, such as communication, target group, and competition analyses, to inform business decisions.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and create reports for individual campaigns, working closely with the strategy team to drive project success.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and documentation, as well as templates for successful project work with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • A degree in business administration, psychology, sociology, or a related field, with a specialization in strategic planning and/or market or consumer research.
  • Initial practical experience in innovation management, product design, or brand management, as well as in the planning and implementation of workshops.
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and precise work style, with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to persuade and assert yourself in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in German and English, as well as MS Office.
