Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Etablierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von zwei interdisziplinären Produktteams, die die vollständige Verantwortung für ihre digitalen Lösungen tragen.
  • Sie fördern den fortlaufenden Lernprozess, indem Sie Prozessoptimierungen anstoßen und eine selbstorganisierte sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise unterstützen.
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Implementierung geeigneter agiler Praktiken und bilden sich kontinuierlich weiter, um das Team auch bei sich ändernden Anforderungen kompetent zu begleiten.
  • Sie coachen alle Teammitglieder, um ein leistungsstarkes Team mit einem agilen Mindset zu entwickeln.
  • Sie identifizieren und beseitigen lokale sowie systemische Hindernisse.
  • Sie optimieren die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Produktentwicklungsteams und unseren Redaktionen und schaffen Strukturen für Kooperation und Austausch innerhalb der interdisziplinären Teams.
  • Mit Ihrem ganzheitlichen Ansatz erkennen Sie fortlaufend Verbesserungspotenziale und spielen eine zentrale Rolle bei der Initiierung und Umsetzung von Veränderungs- und Transformationsprozessen.

Ihr Profil

  • Ihr Studienhintergrund ist für uns zwar interessant, jedoch nicht entscheidend.
  • Sie haben bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen Umfeldern gesammelt und bringen mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung als Agile Coach oder Scrum Master mit.
  • Ihre Begeisterung für agile Werte ist tief verwurzelt, und Sie verfügen über umfassende Kenntnisse in der Anwendung geeigneter agiler Methoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
  • Idealerweise sind Sie zertifizierter Scrum Master oder Agile Coach und haben praktische Erfahrungen mit der OKR-Methode gesammelt.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Coaching-Ausbildung ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie stellen den Menschen und das System über die Methode.
  • Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse über die Abläufe, Methoden und Werkzeuge im Bereich der Produkt- und Softwareentwicklung.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie, Konfliktlösungskompetenz, Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit aus.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst und bringen gerne Ihre Ideen proaktiv ein.
  • Ihre Neugier und Offenheit motivieren Sie, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.

Ihr Team

Sie werden Teil des Teams "Digitale Nachrichtenprodukte", das unsere digitalen Produkte betreut und weiterentwickelt. In der Rolle des Agile Development Facilitators übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Anwendung agiler Methoden in unseren Produktentwicklungsteams und arbeiten eng mit den Product Ownern und Entwicklern zusammen. Ziel ist es, durch kontinuierliche Lernprozesse und Prozessoptimierungen eine effiziente und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen, die unseren Teams ermöglicht, ihr volles Potenzial auszuschöpfen und ihre Produktziele zu erreichen.
