Principal Business Consultant for Public Sector Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our Public Sector clients to define, realize, and optimize their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Public Sector clients to understand their business and IT needs
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to enhance citizen services, improve operational efficiency, and foster innovation
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results-driven engagements
- Communicate effectively with C-suite leaders in the Public Sector
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and challenges in the Public Sector, including digital government initiatives
- 10+ years' experience as an SAP Business Consultant (f/m/d) with at least 4+ years in the Public Sector
- Strong understanding of SAP's strategy, the latest product portfolio, and their impact on Public Sector strategies
- Experience in working with Public Sector organizations on projects related to digital transformation, citizen services, and operational efficiency improvements
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related discipline
