Your Experience with Us:Take initiative in collaborating with relevant stakeholders and client teams. Share insights and align adaptive strategies with the entire team. You will have the chance to acquire, utilize, and disseminate usability insights developed alongside the team and our stakeholders. Quickly assume personal responsibility for tasks and sub-projects, allowing ample space for your own ideas and spontaneous thinking.

Your Profile
Proactive, hands-on attitude and highly driven. A working style characterized by independence and open-mindedness, focused on taking responsibility. Able to think critically, gather insights, and propose new or improved solutions. Empathetic, capable of understanding others' perspectives and persuading effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. An affinity for technology, with knowledge of CRM systems being advantageous.Students from non-EU countries must possess a valid residence/work permit.
