Lead Service Management and Requirements Engineering
- Promote standards and structures for quality cross-departmental processes
- Manage three units: Business Service Management, Requirements Engineering, and IT Service Management
- Oversee development of industry services, financial coordination, and reporting to GDV e.V. committees
- Collaborate closely with Application Development, Support, IT Operations, and Project Management
- Lead revenue and cost planning, financial coordination, and service control
- Ensure continuous improvement of service processes and compliance with defined KPIs
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for industry services
- Prepare strategic decision proposals
Key Qualifications
- Several years of relevant experience in Business Development, IT Consulting, or Product Development
- 2-3 years of leadership experience with a focus on positive leadership and coaching
- Effective communication, ability to simplify complex technical topics, and promote proactive exchange
- Strong initiative, negotiation skills, and customer-oriented approach
- Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
