As a leading global logistics provider, GEODIS specializes in five lines of business: Supply Chain Optimization, Global Freight Forwarding, Global Contract Logistics, Distribution & Express, and European Road Network. With a global network spanning nearly 170 countries and over 49,400 employees, GEODIS is ranked no. 6 in its sector across the world.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Group's Health and Safety Policy is applied correctly in the Region, updating occupational health and safety risk maps, coordinating the implementation of risk prevention and management policies, and defining concrete action plans to improve health and safety performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in health and safety, and excellent analytical skills. Fluency in English and German is required, with Italian being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Group's Health and Safety Policy is applied correctly in the Region
- Update occupational health and safety risk maps
- Coordinate the implementation of risk prevention and management policies
- Define concrete action plans to improve health and safety performance
- Propose KPIs to Regional Management and track those KPIs
- Coordinate certification processes decided by Group and Region
- Develop and coach all leaders/employees in the Region to be a flag carrier of health and safety rules
- Search for better practices through H&S Network
