Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Flight Test Manager to lead our flight test operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of flight tests, managing team resources, and collaborating with other departments to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate flight test operations, including planning, execution, and analysis
- Lead a team of flight test engineers and technicians to ensure high-quality results
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and program management, to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve flight test efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in flight testing, including leadership roles
- EASA Category 1 FTE Certification or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results
