SAP Application Lifecycle Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) consultant to join our team at Cross ALM GmbH. As an ALM expert, you will be responsible for providing guidance to clients on the implementation and optimization of ALM processes and strategies, leveraging tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and analyze existing ALM landscapes to identify areas for improvement, including Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
- Support clients in selecting and implementing suitable ALM tools and technologies, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients and team members on ALM best practices, incorporating Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM functionalities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions based on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ALM, focusing on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
- Several years of experience as an SAP Solution Manager consultant or in related fields of Application Lifecycle Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of ALM methods, processes, and tools, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
- Experience in implementing and configuring SAP Solution Manager, Jira, and Cloud ALM
- Strong customer orientation and advisory skills
