Position Overview
We are in search of a native French speaker with proficient English skills to assist our Marketing Communications team on a part-time basis. If you have a passion for languages and marketing, and can dedicate approximately 10 hours per week, this role may be a perfect fit for you.
Your primary responsibility will be to translate various text types from English to French, ensuring consistency with our product's tone and established glossaries. Specific tasks include:
- Translating and optimizing web content while adhering to best practices in UX copywriting, including UI text, user flows, FAQs, etc.
- Translating and adapting marketing materials into French, such as emails, push notifications, overlays, banners, CTAs, and SEO/LSO texts.
- Editing, localizing, and creating content tailored for French-speaking markets.
- Conducting competitor analysis and terminology research relevant to French-speaking regions.
- Supporting community engagement and social media management efforts.
- Native proficiency in French and business-level English.
- Experience in copywriting and translation (English to French).
- A strong interest in the online market and a keen affinity for digital platforms.
- Ability to empathize with our users' perspectives.
- Attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a methodical approach to work.
