Qualifications:
- You possess a completed degree or equivalent qualification and envision your career in the realm of digital transformation.
- You have substantial project experience in agile environments, particularly as a 'Scrum Master' or 'Agile Coach'.
- You thrive in an international project landscape and can communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- You are a personable and empathetic individual who operates in an organized and autonomous manner.
- You excel in resolving conflicts with confidence.
- You embody a 'stop starting - start finishing' mindset and work in a goal-oriented and solution-focused way.
- You are proficient with popular collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, Mural, etc.
- Your proficiency in German and English is business fluent (minimum B2).
Key Responsibilities:
- You will implement agile methodologies for our clients and refine them according to 'Inspect & Adapt'.
- You will independently guide teams in adopting the agile approach that best fits their needs or support them in their ongoing development.
- You will coach various roles on the client side, including Product Owners, assisting them in understanding and executing their responsibilities.
- You will aid our clients in setting and achieving their objectives.
- You will facilitate standard meetings and workshops utilizing effective (agile) moderation techniques.
- You will identify opportunities within the client environment and prioritize them effectively.
- Additionally, you may contribute to our Academy by developing tailored training sessions for our clients.
- With our support, you will continuously enhance your skills and obtain relevant certifications (such as Scrum Master, SAFe, LeSS).
