Data Solutions Architect

About the Role
As a Data Architect (f/m/d), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategies and frameworks. Your expertise will contribute to the establishment of robust data governance and management practices that ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Information Model: Collaborate with fellow architects to design a comprehensive Business Information Model that serves as a foundational reference for data initiatives.
- Architecture Modelling: Create and uphold architecture and business process models that align with organizational needs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for various applications.
- Data Governance: Work alongside cross-functional teams to define data ownership and stewardship, fostering collaboration across business units to establish a unified data domain model.
- Data Catalogue: Develop a clear business vocabulary that encapsulates architecture best practices, facilitating effective communication regarding data assets and their governance.
- Data Storage: Assess and recommend suitable data storage solutions that prioritize scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Data Monetization: Explore opportunities for generating revenue from data assets and partner with stakeholders to create valuable data products and services.
- Degree in relevant fields, with substantial experience in IT and data architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse stakeholders from various technical and business backgrounds.
- Hands-on experience in architecture and business process modelling, along with practical implementation of data architecture principles.
- Solid understanding of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Data Integration concepts, along with familiarity with contemporary Azure data technologies.
- Proficient in data catalogue tools such as Erwin-DIS, Collibra, and Informatica.
- Knowledge of AI and ML frameworks and their integration into data architecture.
- Fluency in English is essential.
