For each project, we assemble a tailored team to ensure the best fit. As a Backend Developer (f/m/d) at Logic Joe, you have the opportunity to work in various locations. Your Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and integrating application software and system components in Java/JEE
- Connecting third-party systems and external interfaces or creating custom Java modules
- Analyzing, designing, implementing, and deploying FirstSpirit WCMS solutions utilizing Java and modern web technologies
- Creating and refining FirstSpirit templates for content editors
- Customizing and developing FirstSpirit modules to align with client requirements
- Executing processes and ensuring smooth operations, including working with Docker containers and cloud solutions
- Providing guidance to clients and internal project managers on technological challenges related to the content management system
- Collaborating with project teams to develop innovative solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical qualification with professional experience
- Proven experience in implementing Java Enterprise CMS solutions
- Understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented design and design patterns
- Experience in designing and developing complex web applications
- Strong knowledge of current web technologies, including web services, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with toolchains such as Git/Gitlab, Jira/Confluence, and build tools (e.g., Gulp, Bower)
- Quick learner with a strong focus on service quality and reliability
- Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
- A genuine enjoyment of teamwork and development
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience integrating third-party systems within FirstSpirit
