Role Overview

As a Visual Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visuals that resonate with our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create Engaging Social Media Creatives: Design eye-catching and effective graphics tailored for diverse social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Design Google Ads: Develop display advertisements and image extensions that capture attention and drive engagement.
  • Visuals for Landing Pages: Produce striking visuals that enhance user experience and drive conversions on landing pages.
  • Infographics and Reports: Create informative reports and visually appealing infographics that communicate data effectively.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work in tandem with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and enhance the impact of advertising initiatives.
  • Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts and translate them into visually captivating graphics that align with marketing goals.
  • Ad Performance Optimization: Regularly assess and refine the performance of social media advertisements, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
Candidate Profile
  • You possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media marketing.
  • You are proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
  • You have a keen ability to identify user needs and create designs that are both engaging and functional.
