Position: Financial Accountant
- Serve as the primary liaison for all key accounting inquiries within the organization.
- Coordinate accounting workflows, including the development of intricate process documentation and booking guidelines.
- Oversee the preparation of operational income tax submissions for all business activities.
- Compile advance turnover tax returns, summary reports, and annual turnover tax filings.
- Manage various specialized tasks such as evaluating cooperation and service agreements, overseeing loan contracts, and reconciling diverse remuneration structures.
- Execute closing procedures for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist external auditors and tax authorities during audit processes.
- Establish and maintain master data and data structures for the finance division, aiding auxiliary accounting in generating relevant booking master data.
- Act as a point of contact for cross-system processes; coordinate and supervise established booking workflows.
- Enhance operational workflows and control mechanisms.
- Engage in project participation.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training with further qualifications as a balance accountant or tax advisor.
- Preferably several years of practical experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (HGB, KHBV, KHG).
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax legislation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability for self-organization and independent, structured work.
- Dependability, dedication, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Possess a sense of responsibility and resilience.
