Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with sales teams to maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers through training, application engineering services, and general technical consultancy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in our distributor, installer, and/or EPC network
  • Collaborate with sales teams to maintain customer relationships and gain customer trust
  • Deliver online or onsite training to customers
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of current and upcoming local regulatory requirements related to our products
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to Product Management to enhance our product roadmap
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or a similar discipline
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • In-depth knowledge of technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic environment
  • Quick learner with a desire to deepen knowledge in the renewable energy industry
