Role Overview
As a Lead Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our engineering teams and our clients, consultants, and partners. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing our technological framework and enhancing the customer experience. We are looking for a visionary engineering leader who can drive innovation and deliver diverse technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee a multidisciplinary engineering team, contributing to the codebase as necessary.
- Establish and enhance team operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and eliminate engineering obstacles, promoting collaborative efforts and swift decision-making.
- Proactively address technical debt and devise strategies for its resolution.
- Guide and motivate engineers to achieve their highest potential.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members, conduct performance evaluations, and offer actionable insights.
- You have experience leading an agile, cross-functional team or are an accomplished engineer eager to develop leadership capabilities.
- You possess a track record of delivering technical roadmaps and collaborating with product and business teams to meet tight deadlines.
- You are adept at prioritizing tasks and managing teams through engineering KPIs and metrics.
- You have familiarity with microservices, APIs, complex web applications, and scalable system architecture.
- You bring proven expertise in software engineering, grounded in a solid understanding of Computer Science principles.
- You advocate for DevOps practices and keep up with industry trends and best practices (CI/CD, containers, serverless architecture).
- You understand how to align technology with business objectives and customer value.
