Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at PARSA Beauty. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the success of our hair care products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our hair care portfolio, including product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities, and develop business cases to support product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Develop and execute product positioning and messaging strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and optimize product offerings.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure alignment between product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.
