Your Mission:

As the Chief Talent Officer, you will enable the organization to achieve unprecedented success. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with both the COO and CEO to drive organizational growth and strategic advancement.

Foster and promote a client-centric organizational culture focused on ongoing enhancement and aligned with core organizational values.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a holistic Learning & Development strategy across various tiers, including Leadership, Team, and Cultural Growth.
  • Refine processes and protocols throughout the entire HR framework.
  • Guide and elevate the capabilities of the junior HR team.
  • Formulate a long-term talent acquisition strategy that harmonizes with the organizational and cultural aspirations.
Requirements

Your Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist with a focus on Organizational Development, enhancing corporate culture, and executing Learning and Development initiatives.
  • Preferably a B2C background to better grasp cultural subtleties.
  • A forward-thinker in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Highly independent and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset; experience in startups is advantageous.
  • A strategic and people-focused approach that prioritizes dynamic, continuous feedback and development systems over conventional, standardized methods.
  • Proficient in German (B2)
