Lead Configuration Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and sustain the product architecture and configuration in collaboration with specialists and the global engineering team. Integrate and execute the requirements from various stakeholders into the most recent version of the bill of materials and configuration. Set up and release the bill of materials for client projects. Provide updates on the status of the bill of materials to different stakeholders. Continuously enhance the process and automate it in coordination with key stakeholders. Guide cross-functional technical teams to identify optimal technical solutions.CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proficient in process control within PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill), Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP. Proven experience in Change Management and leading cross-functional technical discussions. Familiarity with PLM and ERP systems is essential. Strong quality assurance and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or German is advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
