Job Description
As an Investment Operations Manager - Wealth, you will be responsible for the execution and monitoring of daily payment, trading, and client data processes to contribute towards flawless financial services for our Wealth Management clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute time-sensitive tasks to maintain full control of risk mitigation.
- Communicate with external partners, such as custodian banks, to ensure alignment of stakeholders' expectations.
- Support the development of scalable processes and improvements, collaborating with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business.
- Provide analyses and gather information to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
- Experience in a bank, brokerage, or asset management, or an equivalent financial service institution.
- Knowledge of capital market products and banking processes.
- Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
