Become a vital part of our Environmental Management Department as a Tree Preservation Specialist (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Performing thorough inspections of trees in accordance with preservation and safety protocols.
  • Evaluating tree areas located away from roadways and compensation zones to ensure proper maintenance and safety.
  • Developing a comprehensive catalog of actions and sanitation strategies for the trees assessed.
  • Drafting detailed descriptions for tree maintenance services and overseeing outsourcing arrangements.
  • Providing guidance to highway maintenance teams regarding tree care and facilitating training workshops.

Qualifications required:

  • A degree in Horticulture or equivalent professional experience.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to operate service vehicles.
  • Good physical condition (including hearing, vision, and comfort with heights).

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with FLL guidelines and possession of FLL Tree Inspection certification.
  • Understanding of ZTV regulations.
  • Availability for weekend work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
